About TAC
Talent Acquisition Cell (TAC) is a team of professionals responsible for identifying, recruiting, and hiring the best and brightest talent. TAC helps candidates in finding jobs and helping the organization to achieve its goals by building an efficient workforce. Whether it is a candidate looking for the next opportunity or unit heads looking for the best talent for their units, the TAC is here to help.
The mission of TAC is to digitalize and simplify the process of recruitment thus enabling all the Units to have an easy access to potential employees and for individuals to realize their full potential. Through collaboration, counselling and a commitment to inclusivity, TAC, as an integral part of the Institution promises to strive to make a difference.
The main purpose of TAC is to manage the recruitment and selection process within the MVPS Institution. TAC acts as an intermediary between employers and prospective employees.
Objectives of TAC

- To retain the talent by helping to bridge the skill gap, if any.
- To streamline the process of recruitment and selection.
